Buyers - How To Choose a Realtor® In Butler County Ohio
Two things to remember: Not all Real Estate Agents are created equal and a Buyer should have a reputable, honest Realtor® seeing to their best interests throughout the search and purchase process. As your Realtor®, my focus is on getting you the best possible home at the best possible price. I will work hard not only in finding you potential new homes to see, but also in keeping you informed of everything that takes place. As your agent and a top expert in the Monroe, Liberty Township, Fairfield Township, Trenton and Wayne Township real estate markets, I'll negotiate the best prices and terms for you and answer all of your questions as they arise. I'll be representing you, not the seller. This assures that my experience and expertise in the Monroe, Liberty Township, Fairfield Township, Trenton and Wayne Township real estate markets will be used in your best interests during the negotiation process.

As your Realtor®, I will:
- Assure that you see all the properties in the area that meet your criteria. Not just those listed on the Cincinnati and Dayton MLS, but also many un-listed properties that I find through my local contacts and affiliations.
- I will contact "For Sale Buy Owners" for you.
- Guide you through the entire process, from finding homes to look at, to getting the best financing.
- Utilize my trusted contacts; I can recommend trusted, reputable professionals from Real Estate Attorneys to Whole House Inspectors. These are professionals that I am not affiliated with; they work for you and you only.
- Make sure you don't pay too much for your new home. As a real estate expert in this area, I help people negotiate and make home purchase decisions every day. I can help you avoid costly mistakes. I will prepare a written "CMA" so you can see the data that backs up my recommendation. This step is critical in today's unstable real estate market.
- Review and explain the Contract To Purchase line per line, so you understand what you are signing and what your responsibilites are. If you have any legal questions, I can recommend a Real Estate Attorney to address your questions.
- Answer all of your questions about the local market area. Not just about homes for sale, but about schools, neighborhoods, the local economy and more.
Let me help you find the home that meets your wants and needs. I will assure your best interests are protected throughout the entire process. Feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions you may have at any time. Click on "Looking to Buy" button on the right and I'll get back to you right away. |
I believe all Buyers should have their own representation in the form of a Realtor® who is looking out for their best interests. While it is an excellent time to buy, there are so many things that a Buyer needs to be aware of. Take a look at this article Self Defense Tactics: 7 Ways To Avoid A Real Estate Con Artist.
Some Realtors®/Real Estate Agents will ask you to sign an Exclusive Buyer Agency Contract. Read the contract carefully. This form is not "air-tight," but gives some Realtors®/Real Estate Agents some reassurance that the buyer will remain loyal to them and they don't spend a lot of time, energy and effort on a buyer who goes to an open house and decides to work with the seller's agent rather than have their agent represent them. In addition, it spells out the responsibilities the buyer's Realtor®/Agent has to the buyer.
