We have many different choices for telephone service today from land lines to cell phones to internet telephone. The following companies can provide land lines (local and long distance), cellular service and possibly internet telephone service.
Tip: If you are interested in internet telephone service, you may want to talk with Time Warner about their "package deals" which include cable, highspeed internet and internet telephone service.
Water, Sewer & Trash
The City requires that each new resident requesting water, sewer & trash fill out the form Residential Utilities Application.
The City of Monroe manages the water, sewer & trash. You will need to contact the City to set up the services. Butler County Environmental Services owns and maintains the sewer system. Rumpke currently is contracted to collect garbage & recycling. Click Garbage Collection for more information.
Tip: You may want to consider purchasing a water softener. There are models available that will filter your water as well.
